7.申领卫生证书，卫生证书需要支付工本费。
8.标签备案，第一次进口需办理标签备案，以后同一产品无需备案，减少口岸1、5、6项工作，标签可以在生产商产品包装贴好。
进口红酒的进口税：
目前，进口瓶装葡萄酒()现行税率：
1． 关税：14% （ 关税：CIF ×14%）；
2． 增值税：17% （增殖税：（CIF＋关税额+消费税额）×17%）；
3． 消费税：10% （消费税：[（CIF ＋关税额）/ （1～ 10%）]× 10%）。
