1、制冷系統堵:
常常發生在毛細管及幹燥過濾器處=；因為這兩個地方是系統中最狹窄的地方=；常見的堵塞原因有三種:髒堵、冰堵及焊堵。
A、髒堵一般發生在毛細管的進口處=；是因系統內的汙物(如焊渣、鏽宵、氧化皮等)堵塞了管路=；檢查時輕輕敲擊毛細管處可能會暫時恢複正常=；另從管路和元件表面凝露、結霜以及停機時壓力恢複速度時間等都可以對堵塞的位置及性質作出判斷。
B、冰堵一般發生在毛細管的出口處=；是因系統含有水分=；在毛細管出口處突然汽化降溫而凝結成小冰粒堵塞在毛細管的出口處=；判斷時可在毛細管出口處用焊槍加熱如果效果恢複正常或好轉說明是冰堵=；或是在空調關機後再開機機器又能制冷一段時間=；說明是冰堵=；冰堵一般發生在新裝機或剛維修過的空調上。
C、焊堵一般也是發生在毛細管的焊接處=；現象與髒堵冰堵差不多=；多發生在新裝機上。
2、制冷系統漏:
空調制冷制熱的載體是制冷劑=；如系統出現漏點=；制冷劑泄漏則空調制冷差或完全不制冷=；而空調器出現泄漏的地方主要集中在兩器的各焊接頭、毛細管焊接處、壓縮機吸排氣管、喇叭口、銅鈉子裂、連接管等處=；要檢查時可先進行目測=；重點檢查連接管各接頭處=；泄漏處一般都有油迹。
3、四通閥故障:
通常發生在制熱時=；四通閥吸合不好、串氣或卡死=；引起制熱性能差=；在判斷時可對四通閥通斷電=；聽吸合是否良好=；在維修時可通過反複給四通閥通電或輕輕敲打四通閥使其複位。
4、單向閥故障:
單向閥在制冷時直接導通=；但在制熱時制冷劑要通過輔助毛細管=；當單向閥密封不嚴或是輔助毛細管堵塞時=；制熱在受影響=；因此如果空調制冷正常但制熱差時=；在排除四通閥問題後要重點檢查單向閥。如有任何需要請垂詢。
