交流接触器工作原理：

当电磁线圈C接受指令信号得电后，铁心B被磁化为电磁铁，产生电磁吸力，当克服弹簧H的反弹力时使动铁心A吸合，带动触头J M F动作，即常闭触头分开、常开J M F触头闭合；当线圈C失电后，电磁铁B失磁，电磁吸力消失，在弹簧H的作用下触头J M F复位。交流接触器线圈的工作电压，应为其额定电压的5%-105%，这样才能保证接触器可靠吸合。如电压过高，交流接触器磁路趋于饱和，线圈电流将显著增大，有烧毁线圈的危险。反之，电压过低，电磁吸力不足，动铁心吸合不上，线圈电流达到额定电流的十几倍，线圈可能过热烧毁。
When the electromagnetic coil C accept command signal electric, B core is magnetized for electromagnet, electromagnetic suction, when H overcome the spring rebound when the movable iron core A J M F to pull the contact action, which is normally closed contact separately, J M F normally open contact is closed; when the coil is C after the loss of electricity, B electromagnetic iron loss, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring under the effect of H J M contact F reset. The operating voltage of the AC contactor coil should be 5%-105% of its rated voltage, in order to ensure the reliable absorption of the contactor. If the voltage is too high, the AC contactor magnetic circuit tends to saturate, the coil current will increase significantly, and it is dangerous to burn down the coil. On the other hand, the voltage is too low, the electromagnetic suction is insufficient, the moving core is not absorbed, the current of the coil reaches more than ten times the rated current, and the coil may be overheated and burned.
