iHeir Mildew-proof tester, also called humidity tester, is a very precise measuring instrument of water rate, which is suitable for leather, wood, textiles, paper products, plastic products that have water in the range from 1% to 39%. It measures the risk of mildew for materials. The measuring method is very simple, which is the first choice as a interpretative instrument.

皮革制品Leather Goods
合成革、PU、PVC、牛皮、羊皮、猪面皮、鹿皮类的鞋子、手袋、手套、帽子、皮带、皮沙发等皮革制品。
Leather products (shoes, handbags, gloves, hats, belts, leather sofa , etc.)made up of synthetic leather, PU, PVC,cow leather, sheep skin leather, pigskin upper leather , and deer skin leather .
纺织产品Textile Products
棉布、尼龙、亚麻布、网布、帆布、无纺布、绒布、涤纶、锦纶等纺织材料的鞋子、沙发、背包、旅行箱。
Shoes, sofa, backpacks and luggage made up of textile materials,such as cotton, nylon, linen, mesh cloth, canvas, non-woven cloth, flannelette, polyester, polyamide, and so on .
竹木制品Bamboo &Wood Products
竹材、木材、藤草类的家具、工艺品、护栏、以及中纤板、夹板、装饰板、密度板、免漆板、石膏板。
Bamboo, wood, rattan furniture, handicraft, guardrail, medium density fiberboard, plywood, decorative board, density board, avoid lacquer board, and gypsum board.
纸制品Paper Products
纸制品,例如档案文件、鞋盒、礼品盒、纸箱、挂历、画册、相册、书本、鞋材等产品。
Paper products, such as archives, shoe boxes, gift boxes, cartons, calendars, picture albums, photo albums, books, and shoes.
使用方法How to use
1.以正确的方式安装电池后，拔下测试探针保护罩，按下电源开关键接通电源，此时屏幕显示“00%”即可测量.
Step 1 After installing the battery in the right way, pull off the test probe protective cover, and then press the power. At this time, the screen will show "00%" ,so that you can measure.
2、探针插入待测物中深约5mm处,此时屏幕的显示值就是它的含水率.
Step 2 When the probe reaches about 5mm, the screen would show its moisture content.
3、当测试产品含水率低于1%时，仪表显示为00%，当仪表只显示39%，以表示超出仪表测量范围.
Step 3 When the product’s moisture content is below 1%,the screen of tester will show 00%.But when the screen shows 39%, it means that it is beyond the measuring range of instrument.
4、按下“H”键则锁定当前读数,屏幕显示“H”符号,再按下“H”键，即取消该功能.
Step 4 Press the key "H" to read. If the screen displays the symbol "H" , press the key "H" to cancel the function.
5、使用完毕后,关闭电源,将探针保护盖以正确的方向盖上.
Step 5 After using it, please shut off power and cover the probe in the right way.
注意事项Attention:
1、本防霉测试仪的测量探针十分锐利，千万不能给小孩当玩具，以免受伤；
2、不能把测量探针对着他人使用，以防伤到他人；
3、本仪表是高阻仪器，各部件要有良好的绝缘性，在保存和使用中，都要注意防潮和防尘，保持仪表的干燥与清洁，以保证测量的准确性。
4、当显示器出现“- + ”符号时，说明电池电压不足，此时需要更换新的9V电池。
5、如果长时间不使用，应将电池取出，以免电池漏液损坏仪表。
No.1 This mildew-proof probe is very sharp.Please do not play as a toy for children, for fear of being injured.
No.2 Don’t use probe to people,for fear of injuring someone.
No.3 This product is an instrument of high resistance, so all parts must keep good insulativity. During preservation and using ,you must keep it away from moisture and dust, and pay attention to keeping it dry and clean, so as to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
No.4 When battery voltage is insufficient,the screen will show “- +”.So, you need to replace a new 9V battery.
No.5 If not using for a long time,please take out battery ,in order to avoid battery leakage damaging the instrument.
