    1、两者机构设计理念不同

    1. The design ideas of the two institutions are different

    CB级是由断路器组成,而断路器是以分断电弧为己任,要求机构快速脱扣。因而可能存在滑扣、再扣不可靠因素;而PC级机构不存在该方面问题。PC级产品的可靠性远高于CB级产品。断路器(MCCB)一般不承受短时耐受电流,触头压力较小。当供电电路发生短路时,断路器的动触头被斥开并产生限流作用,从而分断短路电流;而PC级ATSE应承受20Ie及以上过载电流,触头压力要求较大,因而ATSE触头不易被斥开,也不易被熔焊。这一特性对消防供电系统尤为重要。

    PC级ATSE充分考虑了这一因素。PC级ATSE的电气间隙、爬电距离一般是断路器的电气间隙、爬电距离的180%、150%(标准要求)。因而PC级ATSE安全性更好。
