(1)标准有：IEC标准和相对应的中国低压电器基本标准GB。目前我国的低压电器产品标准正朝等效采用及等同采用IEC标准方向靠拢。

(2)质量体系认证有：IS0国际质量体系认证、船级社ISO质量体系认证。船级社认证对电器产品可靠性、防潮、抗振动等有极其严格的要求，只有通过该认证的产品才可以船用。

(3)安全认证是按区域划分的，影响较大的有：美国UL认证、中国CCC认证、欧洲联盟CE认证。凡是在中国境内销售的产品必须通过CCC认证。
