    电磁接触器主要由传动装置(电磁机构)、触头装置(执行机构)和灭弧装置组成。

    Electromagnetic contactor mainly consists of transmission device (electromagnetic mechanism), contact device (actuator) and arc extinguishing device.

    1.电磁机构

    1. electromagnetic mechanism

    电磁机构包括动铁心(衔铁)、静铁心和电磁线圈三部分,在电磁线圈通以电流,产生电磁吸力带动触头动作。

    The electromagnetic mechanism includes three parts: moving core (armature), static core and electromagnetic coil. The electromagnetic coil is connected with current and generates electromagnetic attraction to drive contacts.

    电磁机构是电磁式接触器的重要组成部分之一。电磁机构由线圈、铁心(静铁心)、衔铁(动铁心)、极靴、铁轭和空气隙等组成。电磁机构中的线圈、铁心在工作状态下是不动的;衔铁,则是可动的。

    Electromagnetic mechanism is an important part of electromagnetic contactor. The electromagnetic mechanism is composed of coil, core (static core), armature (moving core), pole shoe, iron yoke and air gap.  The coil and core of the electromagnetic mechanism are not working under working condition, and the armature is movable.

    电磁机构通过衔铁与相应的机械机构的动作状态和动作过程,将电磁线圈产生的电磁能转换为机械能来带动触点使之闭合或者断开以实现对被控制电路的控制目的。

    Through the action state and action process of the armature and the corresponding mechanical mechanism, the electromagnetic energy produced by the electromagnetic coil is converted into mechanical energy to drive the contact to be closed or disconnected to realize the control of the controlled circuit.

    2.触头装置

    触头的结构形式很多,按控制的电路可分::主触头和辅助触头;

    3.灭弧装置

    灭弧罩是一种用陶土和石棉水泥制成的绝缘、耐高温的灭弧装置。是一种简单的灭弧装置。

    The arc extinguishing hood is an insulation and high temperature arc extinguishing device made of clay and asbestos cement. It is a simple arc extinguishing device.

    利用灭弧罩装置灭弧时,在灭弧罩内一般均采用纵缝灭弧的方法来灭弧。

    When the arc extinguishing device is used to extinguish the arc, the longitudinal seam arc extinguishing method is usually adopted to extinguish the arc in the arc extinguishing hood.

    常用的灭弧装置:灭弧罩(耐弧陶土、石棉水泥、耐弧塑料),灭弧栅(耐弧栅片—镀铜薄钢片),磁吹灭弧装置(触头电路中串一灭弧线圈)。
