弯曲疲劳试验
Rotational Fatigue Testing 1) 车轮/轮辋能继续承受载荷；Wheel/rim able to support the load.
2) 测试轴偏移量不超过初始全加载偏移量的10%（根据设备有所不同）；Deflection of test axis less than 10% of the original deflection (according to the test machine).
3) 无疲劳裂纹，使用渗透色液（着色渗透法），除车轮座上的裂纹外；No detection of cracks using penetrating dye, except for cracks over wheel seat.
4) 能达到所要求的ZUI低循环次数；Able to reach minimum cycling.
5) 测试中螺母扭力损失不超30%。 Loss of nut torque during the test less than 30% of the initial torque.
径向疲劳试验
Radial Load Fatigue Testing 1) 车轮/轮辋能继续承受载荷；Wheel/rim able to support the load.
2) 车轮/轮辋能继续承受轮胎压力；Wheel/rim able to support tire pressure.
3) 能达到所要求的ZUI低循环次数；Able to reach minimum cycling.
4) 无疲劳裂纹（使用渗透色液检查）；No detection of cracks (checked using penetrating dye).
5) 测试中螺母扭力损失不超过30%。Loss of nut torque during the test less than 30% of the initial torque.
表面处理阻力和其他特性
Resistance testing and other characteristics of wheel surface finishing 1) 覆盖在车轮轮辐内部阀座表面的漆层总厚度必须＜25μm；
Total painting layer must be < 25 µm thick over wheel disc internal seating surface.
2) 重金属含量限制：铬—0.1%，铅—0.1%，镉—0.1%；
Absence, ppm or maximum allowed % for heavy metals: Chromium – 0.1%, Lead – 0.1%, Cadmium – 0.01%.
附着力试验
Adherence Testing 在交叉和方格区域，必须没有分离现象。
There must be no detachment over the intersection and over the checkered area.
盐雾试验
Salt Spray Testing 1) 在表面部位必须没有氧化；
There must be no oxidations over surface region.
2) 移动量必须满足不得超过刻线两侧2.0mm。
Migration must meet the maximum 2.0 mm on both sides of line.
耐湿试验
Resistance Testing in Wet Chamber 1) 在表面部位必须没有氧化；
There must be no oxidation over surface regions.
2) 移动量必须满足不得超过刻线两侧2.0mm；
Migration must meet the maximum 2.0 mm on both sides of line.
3) 附着力应是在交叉和方格区域，必须没有分离现象。
There must be no detachment over the intersection and over the checkered area for adherence.
