The following import clearance documents need to be provided by the consignee:
资质文件 Qualify documents
1. 营业执照 - Company business license
2. 税务登记证 - Tax registration license
3. 对外贸易经营备案表 - Registration form for import/export business
4. 海关十位编码 - Customs registration code
5. 检疫十位编码 - Commercial registration code
报关/报检文件:Declaration documents for Customs/CIQ
1. 发票,装箱单,合同,提单, 报关,报检委托书 各2份
Packing list/invoice/contract/B/L
Customs/Commercial application forms (provided by us, only need the consignee’s seal)
2. 原产地证书(--正本)- Original certificate
3. 卫生证书(--正本 - Original sanitary certificate for wine)
4. 原标签样张(彩色 一式三份)- Original of label (3copies/each )
5. 标签样张中文翻译件- label translation (label in origin language & Chinese within same page)
(彩色一式三份,昨天邮件中带箭头那种-我们可以协助制作,产生操作费,相关信息需要协助提供)
6. 中文标签(按照标准格式制作)- Chinese label, with company seal
7. 卫生证书附表(固定格式,需要收货人盖章)- Additional Form of Sanitary Certificate - standard form provided by us to be filled in by the consignee with his company seal
8. 食品清单(固定格式,需要收货人盖章)- Detail product list (Form) provided by us to be filled in by the consignee with his company seal
9. 承诺书(固定格式,需要收货人盖章)- Guarantee Letter for the CIQ (Form) provided by us to be filled in by the consignee with his company seal
10. 入区承诺书(固定格式,需要收货人盖章)Guarantee Letter for the CIQ cargo to be delivered to bonded warehouse - (Form) provided by us to be filled in by the consignee with his company seal
11. 营业执照复印件 (3份)- 3 copies of business license
12. 非预包装食品提供说明。(加盖公章)- label registration, documentation package – to be communicated
Document that supplier has to provide you in country of origin:
- Invoice (发票)
- Packing List(箱单)
- NIMP 15 declaration for pallets fumigation declaration issued by shipper if any(熏蒸说明,另外标识需显示在托盘两侧)
- Certificate of Origin - official (原产地证)
- Sanitary Certificate - official (卫生证书)
-植检证书(正本)
- Original front label (English/Chinese) (彩色,中英文酒标)
- Copy purchase order (contract between importer and you)
红酒进口清关手续
一、提供给我司的单证:(所有单证请在货到之前给到我们,以免产生过多的仓储费、滞柜费)1、国外的原产地证书、卫生证书(或自由销售证书)及成分分析报告(原件)。2、如果货物有木质包装,如木托或木箱之类的话要提供熏蒸证书。在目的港做熏蒸价格比较高,好在国外做好。3、代理报关报检委托书、报关单、到货通知、提单、发票(商业发票的要在发票上写上酒庄名和原厂发票号,并提供原厂发票扫描件)、合同、装箱单。4、进口食品化妆品收货人备案信息表,境外出口商或代理商备案表,进口食品收货人承诺书,进口商品申报清单。5、中外文标签,外文标要原标和电子标。
二、清关过程产生的费用:一般七天内可以搞定!1、海关提前备案费500/次(黄埔港大码头, 至少需货到之前10个工作日提供)Remark:进口到新风港就没有这个费用.2、境外出口商备案500/次 如果进口商之前有做过也不用!3、报检费:200元/票4、清关费:500元,连柜加100。(注:每多一个柜多RMB100)5、中文标签制作及备案300元/品种,低消费600。6、进口代理费货值的1%(按海关完税价格),低消费1000(需签代理协议)7、码头、船公司收取的费用:THC、码头费、换单费、DOC、滞期、滞柜等港杂费大概是一柜。实报实销,有码头、船公司等相关正规票据。 (一般为仓租和柜租有免七天)8、商检费——商检局收取 RMB500(主要为商检局的人过来看看吃个饭)9、送检费:500元/票(出卫生证书)10、税费:约货值的48.2%——海关收取 (自交)
