新浪资讯，记者（杨编辑）获悉：直埋钢套钢保温管道结构上具有下列特色1、选用固定在内作业钢管上的活动支架和外套管内壁摩擦，保温资料跟从作业钢管一同活动，不会呈现保温资料的机械磨损、粉化。2、外套钢管强度高、密封功能好，可有效地防水、抗渗。、外套钢管的外壁选用优质防腐处理，使外套钢管的防腐层寿数在20年以上。4、作业钢管的保温层选用优质保温资料，保温作用好。5、作业钢管保温层与外套钢管之间留有10~20mm左右的间隙，既可直到进一步保温的作用。又是直埋管道极为晓畅的排潮通道，{芤}使排潮管真实起到及时排潮的作用，一起起到信号管的作用；或将其抽成低真空，可更有效地保温并下降外套管内壁腐蚀。6、作业负管翻滚支架选用特种低热资料制成，与钢材的摩擦系数为0.1左右，管道运转时摩擦阻力较小。7、作业钢管的固定支架，翻滚支架与作业钢管的连接选用特别规划，可有效地避免管道热桥的发生。8、直埋管道的疏水选用全密封式结构，疏水管接于作业钢管的低位点或规划要求的方位，无需另设检杳并。9、作业钢管的弯头、三通、波纹管补偿器、阀门等均安置在钢套管内，整个作业管线处于全密封的环境下运转，安全牢靠。10、选用内固定支架技能，可彻底邓消外固定混凝土支墩。节约费用，缩短工期。11、可选用抽真空技能，基本根绝外套钢管内壁由水分引起的电化学腐蚀，一起更进一步提高管道的保温作用。直埋管道抽真空技能由我公司与国内高校合作开发。其主要设备是一组自动操控真空泵及管道的真空度收集体系。
