（1）客户：递交申请表到实验室，准备样品，签订合同并支付预付款。
（2）LCS立讯检测深圳实验室：测试并出报告，初步审核资料，时间：2周。
（3）日本MIC机构：最终审核、发证，客户支付尾款。时间：1-2周。

BOM表 6. 模块原理图（module schematic ） 7. 模块方框图（module block diagram ） 8. 模块规格书（module specification） 9. 工厂ISO9001证书（ISO 9001 certificate of manufacturer） 10.label以及位置图（label location and label sample Drawing or photos） 11.天线规格书（antenna specification）：包括天线名称、天线形式，天线最 大增益、天线量测图、天线外观以及尺寸图。 注意：以上提供资料均需是英语/日语。
