SGT-4000串焊机是一款把检测完好的电池片通过互联条焊接成串，并把焊接好的电池串分类收集的自动化设备。设备采用PLC、伺服、四轴工业机器人、机器视觉等各种先进的自动化技术，实现从电池片上料到电池串出料的全自动加工。
4000双轨串焊机产品优势

独创柔性压持焊带机构。
红外加热，分段焊接；焊接温度及功率闭环控制，温度爬升平缓、热冲击小，有效减小电池片碎片率。
