汝窑，中国古代著名瓷窑，创烧于北宋晚期，因其窑址在汝州境内（今河南宝丰一带），故名。汝窑以烧制青瓷闻名，有天青、豆青、粉青诸品。汝窑的青瓷，釉中含有玛瑙，色泽青翠华滋，釉汁肥润莹亮，被历代称颂，有“宋瓷之冠”美誉，又与同期官窑、哥窑、钧窑、定窑合称“宋代五大名窑”。汝窑开窑时间前后只有二十年，由于烧造时间短暂，产品传世不多。目前在全世界，保存完好的传世汝瓷不足70件，在北京故宫有20多件，在台北故宫有21件，其余散落世界各地。因此，除了拍卖会上偶然亮相，民间极少能看到。

此汝窑葵花洗口径21厘米，葵口，浅弧壁，圈足。里外施淡天青色釉，色泽青翠华滋，釉汁肥润莹亮，釉色随光变幻，犹如“雨过天晴云破处”之美妙，温润古朴。器表呈蝉翼纹细小开片，外底有5枚细小支钉痕。整器造型古朴典雅、规整优美，时代特征明显，保存完好，为难得一见的宋代汝窑器精品之作，极具收藏价值。
