水泵产品材质介绍
德能泵业产品材质根据产品部位不同采用的材质的材料也不同，根据客户不同要求来满足客户实际应用到的现场需求，这样既能增加产品的使用寿命，又能增强产品的使用效率，可谓是高效节能。
a.叶轮导流壳:用于普通无腐蚀介质时采用铸铁HT200;用于轻微腐蚀介质时材质有:防腐涂层;化学处理防腐法;用于中等腐蚀介质的材质为:不锈钢304;用于较重腐蚀介质时材质有:不锈钢316;不锈钢316L;锡青铜3861。
b.泵轴: 根据不同介质选用不同的材质来满足现场需要，普通常用的材质有: 45#冷拉钢镀铬泵轴，中等防腐性能的有2Cr13，3Cr13等;用于高腐蚀介质的有双相不锈钢等。
c.叶片：2Cr13不锈钢材质（硬度强、耐磨、耐腐蚀能力较差，适合淡水和轻度污水）304不锈钢材质（相较于2Cr13不锈钢材质硬度稍差，叶片较薄，防腐蚀能力强，适合海水或其他腐蚀性较强的工况条件下使用），316不锈钢材质，316L不锈钢材质均可定制。

Introduction of Pump Product Material
According to the different parts of the product, the material used in Deneng Pump Industry is different. According to the different requirements of customers, the material used in Deneng Pump Industry can meet the actual needs of customers. This can not only increase the service life of products, but also enhance the efficiency of products. It can be said that it is efficient and energy-saving.
A. Impeller guide case: cast iron HT200 is used in common non-corrosive medium; the recommended materials for mild corrosive medium are anticorrosive coating; chemical treatment anticorrosive method; the recommended materials for medium corrosive medium are stainless steel 304; the recommended materials for heavier corrosive medium are stainless steel 316; stainless steel 316L; tin bronze 3861.
B. Pump shaft: According to different media, different materials are selected to meet the needs of the site. Commonly used materials are: 45 # cold-drawn steel chromium-plated pump shaft, 2Cr13, 3Cr13 with medium corrosion resistance, and duplex stainless steel for high corrosion media.
C. Blade: 2Cr13 stainless steel material (hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance is poor, suitable for fresh water and mild sewage) 304 stainless steel material (compared with 2Cr13 stainless steel material hardness is slightly worse, blade is thinner, corrosion resistance is strong, suitable for sea water or other corrosive working conditions), 316 stainless steel material, 31 6L stainless steel can be customized.
