如何表示喜好及prefer的用法
01、表示喜欢
1. 形容词/介词词组
be into
be fond of
be keen on
be passionate about
be crazy about
大家注意，这些词组后面的介词都是不同的，比如be fond of，be keen on等，需要重点记忆。那么这些词组常见的用法有哪些呢？
（1）直接加something
eg: I am fond of perfumes.
I am keen on concerts.
I am really into pop music.
I am passionate about football.
I am crazy about opera.
（2）加doing something
eg: I am fond of reading novels.
I am keen on travelling to different countries.
I am really into playing basketball.
I am passionate about collecting stamps.
I am crazy about buying shoes.
这里再教大家两个高级词组，如果表示特别的喜欢，可以用be fascinated by sth.（着迷，陶醉于某事）/ be enchanted with sth.（被某事迷住）。
例句参考：People are fascinated by her performance. / I am enchanted with the euphonious（悦耳的）music.

03、表示无所谓，不介意
I don’t mind doing sth.
I can take it or leave it.
eg: I don’t mind wearing perfumes.
大家在表达喜好的时候，往往忽略了如何表达中间的一种状态，没那么喜欢也没那么不喜欢，这时候可以用以上的两种表达。比如考官问你：Do you like wearing sunglasses- 如果大家觉得没有特别的喜欢和不喜欢，可以说Well, I can take it or leave it.
04、prefer的用法
大家在回答Do you prefer…类的问题是，难免会用到I prefer…，让我们来学习下prefer的常见用法。
（1） prefer+名词 可以是某人或者某物 更喜欢某人或某物
eg: Actually, I prefer tea.
（2） prefer A to B 相比较B来说更喜欢A
eg: Actually, I prefer tea to coffee.
（3） prefer doing sth. 更喜欢做某事
eg: Actually, I prefer drinking tea.
（4） prefer doing sth. to doing sth. 相比做某事来说更喜欢做某事 注意：相比做后面那件事来说更喜欢做前面那件事
eg: Actually, I prefer drinking tea to drinking coffee.
（5）prefer to do A rather than do B 宁可做A也不做B / 喜欢做A……而不做B……
大家要注意，语法结构上来看，两边的结构都是一致的，都是不定式，但是习惯上把后面的to省略。所以加动名词形式doing sth.的表达是不规范的。不存在prefer to do sth. rather than doing sth.这个句式。
eg: I prefer to swim rather than skate.

Q: Do you like cooking-
A: Definitely! I am a big fan of cooking. I have learned how to cook since I was only 10 years old and it has brought me great sense of achievement. Plus, I find the whole cooking process therapeutic.
这个回答首先点明我很喜欢做饭（I am a big fan ofcooking.）然后给予具体说明，我10岁的时候就学会了怎么做饭而且它给我带来了很多的成就感；最后再给一个附加理由：我觉得做饭的过程很治愈，therapeutic是形容词，表示很治愈的。
