万福乐公司(Wandfluh)也在不断扩展自己的插装阀产品范围,以便适应市场在技术以及价格方面的新要求。Roger Waldburger是这样介绍新产品细节的:“尤其值得一提的是采用螺旋阀设计的比例节流阀,它不仅阀座密封性高,而且抗压性良好。新阀门集三大功能于一身,比如说,对于需要具备提升和降低重物功能的装置而言,这种解决方案只需一个阀门,就可以直接利用操纵杆,精密并且与负荷无关地控制重物。此外,由于阀门中的流量为零,因此不会发生泄漏,从而使重物在很长时间里保持在指定的位置上。”
除了这类集成化的解决方案之外,万福乐还新推出了带压力、流动和旁通功能,额定尺寸为M42的比例阀。这样,可以控制和调节每分钟大流量为400L的油料。
对于插装阀技术的未来发展趋势,Waldburger认为,将来的插装阀必须集成更多的功能,也就是说能够将多种功能集于一身。“这样,客户既能降低产品部件的设计和生产成本,又能节省安装空间。当然,这对插装阀开发工作来说是一个很大的挑战,因为只有比旧功能更具有竞争力,这种集成式阀门才可能终在市场上获得成功。”
