注册塞舌尔公司常规要求
公司名称 公司名称通常以Limited, Corporation, Incorporated, Sociètè ，Anonyme, Berhad 或其缩写作为结束语。如果公司欲采用building society, savings,loans, trust, trustees, insurance, assurance, reinsurance, co-operative, council, Chamber of Commerce 等字眼作结束语, 则需另行申请。申请人可以添加中文名称注册公司，增加相应的费用。公司可以把中英文名称载于公司注册证书上。
