2019年5月27日，新西兰内阁批准了引入对LED光源的MEPS和标签要求的政策提案。拟议到MEPS和标签要求包装上宣称信息准确度，并且将劣质的LED灯从市场上移除。最终的方案内阁将与利益相关者广泛协商。该提案包括与欧盟法规LED灯性能要求保持一致。

On 27 May 2019, the New Zealand Cabinet approved the policy proposal for introducing MEPS and labelling requirements for LED lamps. The proposed MEPS and labelling requirements will ensure that package claims are accurate and poor quality LED lamps are removed from the market. The final proposal that Cabinet approved is the result of extensive stakeholder consultation. The final proposal that Cabinet approved is the result of extensive stakeholder consultation. 



澳大利亚也正在向前推进，在与利益相关者协商后，对LED光源GEMS的性能作出要求。澳大利亚GEMS将以新西兰能源效率(能源使用产品)条例为基础进行修正。

Australian  are now moving forward, in consultation with stakeholders, with the development of the performance requirements in a GEMS Determination. The GEMS Determination will form the basis of our amendments to New Zealand’s Energy Efficiency (Energy Using Products) Regulations.



此外，EL-041 AU/NZ标准委员会已开始着手制定AS/NZS 5341——LED光源测试标准——以及修改了AS 4934.2——MEPS通用照明白炽灯标准。该委员会是由新西兰EECA和新西兰照明委员会的新西兰作为代表。

Additionally, the EL-041 AU/NZ Standards committee has commenced work on AS/NZS 5341 - the LED lamps test standard - and a revision to AS 4934.2 - the incandescent lamps for general lighting services MEPS standard. The committee has New Zealand representatives from EECA and the Lighting Council New Zealand.



新西兰和澳大利亚法规的变化预计将于2021年底与欧盟的实施相一致。

The changes to New Zealand and Australian regulations are expected to align with the EU implementation towards the end of 2021.

New Standard AS/NZS 5341:2020 Scope:

1、 LED定向光源和LED非定向光源，应用于新西兰和澳大利亚的住宅照明，商业照明及工业照明；

Non-directional and directional lamps, for residential, commercial and industrial applications in Australia and New Zealand.

2、 适用于代替传统的，装饰的，带有反光罩的白炽灯及线性灯管；

lamps intended to replace general service, decorative, reflector

incandescent and linear fluorescent lamps.

3、 带有非照明部件的多功能灯，本标准只适用于其照明功能部分

applicable to the lighting functions of multifunctional lamps that contain non-lighting parts.



4、 本标准适用于所有电压范围和功率的LED灯，无论其使用什么灯头

applies to LED lamps of all voltages and wattages irrespective of the type of lamp cap.



5、 不适用于用于汽车和信号系统的LED光源。

Not apply to LED lamps for automotive and signalling applications.
