首先办公椅子有哪些种类：
办公椅子一般是指以坐姿进行桌面工作所坐的椅子，都是靠背椅的款式，主要有大班椅、会议椅、中班椅、访客椅、会客椅、培训椅等等。根据制作材料不同分为PU皮办公椅、真皮办公椅、网布办公椅、布面办公椅、塑料办公椅等等。
根据使用群体不同，分为工作椅、会议椅、会客椅、主管椅、职员椅、老板椅等等。根据使用场合不同，也有不同种类的办公椅子，譬如说敞开式的职员办公室、员工培训室、会议室、图书馆、实验室等场合的办公椅子都是不同的设计。
办公椅CE认证标准EN 1335分为三个部分：
1. EN 1335-1:2000，办公椅测试标准及执行技术分析；
2. EN 1335-1:2009，办公椅安全要求；
3. EN 1335-1:2009，办公椅测试（实验）方法。
