特点及用途:
1、通电时间短、热效率高、可有效抑制焊接飞溅、获得稳定高品质的焊接效果,焊接成型美观。
2、控制精度高,中频点焊机由于工作频率高(通常在1-4KHz),使得反馈控制精度是一般交流点凸 焊机和次级整流点凸焊机的20-80倍,相应的输出控制精度也非常高。
3、逆变点焊机采用三相输入,宜于电网供电平衡,无须电力补偿设备,对电网无干扰。
4、由于热效率高、焊接变压器小、铁损小,焊接同样的工件比交流点焊机和次级整流点焊机节能可达30%以上。
5、特别适合于导电率较高的铜、铝和镀锌金属等材料,焊接效果良好,尤其适合于三层板焊接、非常薄的材料的焊接以及精密焊接的要求。
