本机主体使用SUS304不锈钢制作。

双网带输送食品，网带速度可变频。

自动提升系统方便工人清理机体内卫生。

恒温连续生产保证了所炸食品温度和时间一致。

本机采用油水混合的工艺，食品中的残渣可自动沉入水中，保持油面清洁。

控制：整机采用模拟温度控制，可设定多阶段加热机制，电脑内最少可储存36个油炸公式，整个油炸工艺流程全部由电脑PLC控制。

电器均使用施耐德品牌，模块为西门子200系列。
