中华民国 开国纪念币 壹圆/孙像 孙小头 直径39毫米，厚2.5毫米，重26.95克，整体完好，图文清晰。 孙小头，这种纪念币有两个版本： （ 分别是在1912年和1927年铸造） 1927年版的“孙小头”： 如果背面印有两个五角星，称为“上五角星”；如果背面印有两个六角星，称为“上六角星”。
民国十六年北伐战争胜利，国民政府定都南京，南京造币厂先取原模，重铸孙中山开国纪念币，后又改动币背面的英文和花边（六角星），铸成新版，批量发行，俗称“小头”。此后四年孙中山开国纪念币铸量不下数十亿，与“袁大头”一起成为旧中国的主要流通货币。
“小头”正面刻孙中山半身像，上源为“中华民国XX年”，背面为嘉禾图围绕“壹圆”二字，有民国十五年、十六年、十八年及陵墓‘地球、无年号、嘉禾等版别。其中孙中山陵墓币铸于1927年，南京国民政府为纪念建造中山陵，铸造陵墓纪念银币和纪念铜牌。据传该币仅铸480枚，分赠党政要员和护送灵柩人员，此币为意大利造币公司雕刻，正面为孙中山正面像，上有“中华民国国民政府”八字，背面中为“一元”，下书“十六年造”左为旭日青松，右为中山陵寝殿。 重铸旧币的同时，国民政府也在加紧赶制新国币。
