概述
称重变送器也叫做重量变送器,是一种将物理量变换成电信号,将毫伏信号输出的传感器经隔离放大转换成标准直流信号的变送器。
称重变送器在工业称重过程中常用的一种变送器,广泛应用于数据采集、信号传输转换和集散称重控制系统和配料系统,主要应用于水泥、混凝土、玻璃、造纸、塑胶、化工、冶金、有色、棉纺、试验机等行业称重式料位、重量负荷、张力、拉压力信号的变送、显示、检测等。
美国Transducer Techniques SST-HV是一款智能插拔式TEDS IEEE 1451.4变送器,连接称重传感器或者扭矩传感器TEDS接头,可自动校准。SST-HV通过RS232端口,将数据采集给PC端。
The Transducer SST-HV is a Plug & Play Smart TEDS IEEE 1451.4 compliant Transmitter. Just plug in a TEDS compatible Load Cell or Torque Sensor and the SST-HV will automatically self-calibrate. When used with a non-TEDS Load Cell or Torque Sensor, the SST-LV Transmitter is easily programmed using a PC with an RS232 port and Instrument Setup (IS) software, which provides a graphical user interface. The SST-HV may be powered from 95-240 Vac ±10%. The SST-HV has an Isolated transducer excitation output that is selectable between 5Vdc or 10Vdc. There are Dual solid state relays and an Isolated 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog output. There are three Isolated serial data transmitter output ( RS232 , Half-duplex RS485, full-duplex RS485 ) and three serial protocols that are software selectable (Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII and Custom ASCII).
Isolation to 250V rms is provided for power, signal input, analog output, relay outputs, and communications. Isolation adds safety and avoids possible ground loops. The transducer excitation output is isolated to 50V from signal ground

Isolated serial data transmitter output. The transmitter serial port is default jumpered for RS232 or full-duplex RS485 (same jumper settings).

Internal jumpers are used to select the signal range, communication type, and exci¬tation level.
Transmitter setup is via serial connection to a PC using MS Windows based Instrument Setup Software plus TEDS IEEE 1451.4 when detected.
