豆腐皮机工艺流程和介绍
前期工艺：选料-浸泡-磨浆-煮浆-点脑。
后期豆腐皮机制作工艺：
1、通过打脑泼片机进行破脑、泼片作业；
2、通过传送带进行滤水；
3、通过折叠机浆泼好的豆腐皮折叠好，（目的：便于后期的压制）；
4、通过压榨机将折叠好的豆腐皮里的水分充分榨出；
5、通过剥皮机浆豆腐皮和包布分离揭下；
6、整理制作好的豆腐皮。
豆腐皮机哪些地方需要着重清洗？
1、磨浆机：翻开磨盖，将残渣清除洁净，用微量清水和抹布擦拭磨浆机内壳，禁止用水直接冲刷，洗净后将磨浆机、料斗复原，按动磨浆机开关和进磨水阀空磨1-2分钟。
2、煮浆桶及桶内蒸汽管：将蒸汽管拆下，放水清洁洁净煮浆桶，疏通蒸汽管上小孔，洗净后装好，每次清洁时必须注意蒸汽管上小孔的疏通。
3、关机：以上作业做完后，封闭电源开关、封闭出奶阀、进磨水阀、进水阀、翻开排水阀。
