前期工艺：选料-浸泡-磨浆-煮浆-点脑。
后期豆腐皮机制作工艺：
1、通过打脑泼片机进行破脑、泼片作业；
2、通过传送带进行滤水；
3、通过折叠机浆泼好的豆腐皮折叠好，（目的：便于后期的压制）；
4、通过压榨机将折叠好的豆腐皮里的水分充分榨出；
