电液比例阀简称比例阀,又称比例控制阀,是一种借助于给电磁铁输入模拟信号的方法产生比例磁力来控制阀芯的位置,对流量或压力进行按比例控制的液压元件。
比例阀由比例调节机构和液压阀两部分组成。比例阀是介于一般阀和电液伺服阀之间的阀类。它的静态输人一输出特性(电流一流量或电流一压力)和电液伺服阀相同,但其响应速度较慢,动态特性较差。比例阀的制造精度可降低些,与伺服阀相比,具有价廉、抗污染能力强的优点。
