外国人申请中国工作签证需要满足以下条件：
Foreigners applying for work visas in China need to meet the following conditions:
1、年龄18-60周岁，身体健康；
1、the age of 18-60 years old, healthy;
2、已获中国公司或其他单位聘用；
2、get Chinese enterprises employ;
3、具有两年以上与聘用岗位相对应的工作经验（需要国外公司开具两年以上的工作经验证明）；
3、with more than two years with the employment of the corresponding work experience;
4、具有本科以上学历或其他高级技能职称（学历或技能证书需要在中国驻外领事馆或外国驻中国领事馆进行认证）；
4、with consular certification of undergraduate or above or other professional skills certificate;
5、无刑事犯罪记录（需要在本国开具无犯罪证明并经中国驻外领事馆或外国驻中国领事馆认证）；
5、proof of non criminal record with consular certification;
6、持有效护照或其他国际旅行证件；
6、Hold valid passport or other international travel documents;
注意事项：
（1）个人或个体工商户不能聘用外国人来中国工作（Individual and individual practitioners can not hire foreigners to work in china.）；
（2）研究生以上学历可以不需要两年以上工作经验证明（The graduate degree or above may not require more than two years of work experience to prove）；
（3）在中国境内取得的学历证书不需要办理领事认证书（China's diploma does not need to be proved by the Consulate）；
