NFRC（The National Fenestration Rating Council）：国家门窗能效分级委员会。认证的产品必须是用于民用建筑的成品门窗。
一、认证标准
按照“能源之星”认证规范的规定，门窗产品需要在NFRC认可的第三方检测实验室，测试和模拟计算以下参数。这些参数包括：
（1）传热系数，U-Factor；
（2）太阳热增益系数，Solar Heat GainCoefficient（SHGC）；
（3）可见光透射系数，Visible transmittance（VT）；
（4）气密性，Air leakage；
（5）抗结露性，Condensation resistance。
二、相关规范标准和测试方法分别是：
（1）NFEC 100：Procedures for Determining Fenestration Attachment Product U-fadom
（2）NFRC 102：Test Procedure for Measuring the Steady―State Thermal Transmittance of Fenestration Systerns
（3）NFEC 200：Procedure for Dete rmining Fenestration Product Solar Heat Gain Coefficient and Visible Transmittance at Normal Incidence
（4）NFEC 400：Procedure for Determining Fenestration Product Air Leakage
(5)NFEC 500：Procedure for Determining Fenestration Product Condensation Resistance Values

4-6个月。
四、认证费用
首次取得认证（包含认证费+检测费）10万左右，后续年审费用3万左右。
